Ti’s SHAPE360 TDS shrink label films offer a flexible solution for containers in a variety of shapes and sizes and that are made of different materials, such as PET, PP, and HDPE, delivering a unique visual impact through 360° full sleeve container decoration with no “smile effect” at bottle extremities. The polyolefin sleeve guarantees up to 65% shrinkage with a low shrink force, which means empty and thin-wall containers can be labeled with no squeezing risk.

Designed for today’s commercial sorting and recycling systems, Taghleef’s SHAPE360 TDS films allow for easier and complete recyclability within the polyolefin stream, which is why they are certified as recyclable by Interseroh with its “Made for Recycling” seal. SHAPE360 also improves PET bottle recycling quality and efficiency by ensuring the separation of floatable printed sleeves from rigid PET flakes. When using antibleeding inks—successfully tested on SHAPE360 film—these PET flakes remain perfectly uncontaminated. SHAPE360 is thus also approved and certified by the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR) and the European PET Bottle Platform (EPBP).
