Derprosa™ by Taghleef Industries once again showcasing the latest developments and the finest premium laminating films at Drupa

Hall 5 Stand C02

Düsseldorf, 28 May – 7 June

The world’s most important trade fair focused on printing and graphic finishing technologies reopens its doors again, eight years after the previous edition, and Derprosa™ by Taghleef Industries will be there to present its latest innovations in premium films for paper lamination.

This show is special for many reasons. All the world’s major manufacturers of both equipment and consumables will be present, and visitors will have the opportunity, for two intense weeks, to learn about and discover the latest in every segment of the paper printing industry.

“Now, more sustainable” is the main idea on which we are building Derprosa’s brand promise for the upcoming international trade shows, with Drupa leading the way.

Drupa will be the perfect occasion to welcome at our booth all our customers and friends from all over the world: printers, distributors, brands, packaging designers. And, at Drupa, we will explain what is behind the claim “Derprosa. Now, more sustainable”.

And Derprosa is more sustainable, among other reasons, because it is putting on the market films for graphic arts lamination that allow using resins with better environmental impact, that allow reducing the use of fossil materials by using others that take advantage of the recycling of plastic waste that are already on the market, recycled vegetable cooking oils or even 100% vegetable origin, compostable and biodegradable options.

Among the highlights are the latest additions: Leather and DL Soft Touch® 4×4 films. The Leather-like films offer a stunningly realistic replication of genuine leather’s luxurious texture, while DL Soft Touch® 4×4 goes a step further by combining a luxuriously soft feel with exceptional fingerprint and scratch resistance.

The Derprosa range caters to the most demanding printers, print finishers and recognized brands. It offers a comprehensive selection of differentiated and innovative premium finishes, including the most resistant films and the most attractive textures – all now available in more sustainable versions.

Derprosa™ reLIFE™ is the range of BOPP laminated laminating films using ISCC PLUS certified resins obtained from post-consumer chemically recycled (PCR) plastic sources.

Derprosa™ bioBLUE is the range of BOPP laminated laminating films using ISCC PLUS certified resins of residual vegetable origin, such as 2nd generation BIO feed-stock (waste cooking oil).

Derprosa™ NATIVIA® is the range of PLA laminating films that use resins obtained from biobased vegetable renewable resources. Derprosa. Nativia® laminating films are biodegradable and compostable.

This focus on sustainability complements Taghleef Industries’ commitment to groundbreaking innovation, including the latest product offerings with recycled content or biobased raw materials also available for flexible packaging and labeling applications.

During Drupa, our team will be happy to answer any questions and explain the peculiarities of each solution, its applications, advantages and differences, both from a technical and market perspective.
