mental impacts,

energy

water consumption
rates.
2003
Installation and start up of the
new Line IV.
The product
energy consumption
indicator is
lower
with the new Line IV than with the Line III.
2005
Installation and start up of the
Metallizer II
The product
energy consumption
indicator is
lower
with the new Metallizer II than with the Metallizer I.
2008

In line IV, the
water outflow system
was replaced in order to avoid the loss of exceeding water.
As a consequence this investment permitted the
reduction of ion-free water consumption.

The
first paper-core trim-rewinding system
was substituted with an automatic rewinding device system
and consequently the paper-core consumption was reduced.
