One of our objectives is to comply with the Kyoto Protocol of reducing greenhouse gases emissions.

Few years ago Ti has implemented various Energy Saving projects to decrease significantly the consumption of energy of its sites.

• In 2008, Ti SpA installed a high technology and very performing water cooling system which allows to save annually about 4.500 MWh of electrical power.
• The rationalization of the amount and of the distribution of our voltage transformers 20/0,4 kV gives a yearly reduction of 400MWh of electrical power.

Besides, constant efforts are made on a daily basis to contribute to decrease energy and water consumption.
